We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your ordered items to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them in; not opened, with original KesselKraft sticker and in its original packaging without any visible damage to the product/item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@kesselkraft.co
Damages and Issues
We know you are eagerly awaiting your new KesselKraft purchases! However, please inspect your parcel and ordered items for any damages, incorrect items or other issues.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
